Spring Fulton Township 2016 Clean-Up Day

FULTON TOWNSHIP CLEAN UP DAY 2016
FREE TRASH REMOVAL & TOWNSHIP SERVICE PROJECTS
 We invite any Fulton Township resident, by proof of a current Driver’s License, voter’s registration card or tax bill receipt:

• the opportunity to bring up to 10 trash bags, up to 6 passenger tires and one large furniture item or clean appliance per household to our clean-up day May 7, 2016, at Fulton Township Hall from 10am to 2pm .(Refrigerators and Freezers must be emptied & have all Freon removed and tagged.)
• Please call the Township Hall for assistance in picking up trash items prior to the clean-up day event at 989-236-5102, if transporting it to the hall is a problem.
• Trash Items that we can accept at this event include:Scrap Metal & Old Car/Truck batteries, Appliances without Freon, general trash, old furniture, etc., old electronics,
  (call the  office to see if there would be any charges for the specific electronic item, these charges if applicable will be collected the day of the clean-up.) 
• We will NOT COLLECT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AT THIS TIME:YARD WASTE, ANY CHEMICALS, OIL, WET PAINT, SHINGLES, CEMENT, OR ANY ASBESTOS.
• OUTDOOR SPRING CLEANING & FLOWER PLANTING WILL BE COMPLETED BY AREA YOUTH AND VOLUNTEERS, IF YOU WOULD LIKE HELP WITH THIS PLEASE CONTACT THE TOWNSHIP OFFICE FOR SCHEDULING.
• Fulton Township reserves the right to refuse any trash that is unacceptable due to the mature of its contents.

Scrap Metal and Car Batteries will be accepted and collected separately to defray costs of the dumpsters.
